I wanted to write to thank you for the work you did for us. When we came to you with a big unwieldy problem, you presented us with a small efficient solution.

Our entire back room was stacked from floor to ceiling with archive boxes full of paperwork. Obviously these were things we could not simply get rid of - they needed to be accessible if we had to refer back to anything as well as having a responsibility to keep documents for at least 6 years. But the sheer amount of paper documents was simply unsustainable in our small building, not to mention the time and hassle of finding any particular document.

What Rolace Document Management did for us was to take away van loads of boxes of paper and return with ten discs to slot on to our bookshelf. You gave us back a whole rooms' worth of space, I hadn't realised how nice it is to simply have tidy open space! As a manager I have peace of mind from the knowledge that all of the data had been backed up and stored away should we need it. You also handled the secure and confidential disposal of the hard copies, leaving us fully compliant and with nothing to worry about. Finding a document is now so much simpler and less time consuming.
